Bottom Line Mentality & Job Satisfaction

In my Research Design course, we learned how to create an effective survey based on constructs from previous studies and measured them on a likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The survey was based on employee job satisfaction in areas like co-worker relationships, compensation, and bottom line mentality in relation to survey participant demographics. After creating the survey, sending it out to participants, receiving the answers, cleaning the data, and then selecting a sub-topic, I was able to run various tests on the SPSS Statistics program and interpret the outputs in order to draw conclusions from the original data. The attached PDF explains my process and findings.
